Went to Mango Tree with a friend on Weds night. I had booked a table for 7pm but turned up 20 mins early - and the staff were happy to show us straight to a table. The last time I was here, the food was only slightly above average and the service verging on poor. This time the food was delicious and the service excellent. The satay and garlic and chiili prawns were both delicious and the curry mains very tasty. The banana and coconut dessert was exquisite. Expensive but 50% offer is fab!

Mango Tree is definitely one of our firm favourites, as the food remains at a consistently high standard, (lamb and chicken skewers cooked to perfection served with the best satay sauce ever). Portions are generously sized and work out to be fantastic value for money once the discount is applied. Visiting the toilets is a pleasure, as the cleanliness, clean lines and quality finishes come complete with Molton Brown toiletries.

We had a very pleasant meal at Mango Tree. Choice of starters was excellent. Grilled pork, stuffed squid and a selection of Satay-all superb. Main courses were disappointing. Seabass was a little bit bland, the red duck curry lacked flavour and creaminess. The desert in terms of portion, presentation and flavour was out of this world. We had caramelised banana cake and sticky rice with Thai Mango-delicious. Good experience apart from the main courses, hance only an 8 for the food.

Mango Tree is a very famous venue however it is not worth the hype. If you want to be able to listen to what your fellow diners are saying, then this is definitely not the place to go to. The whole restaurant is open making it a very noisy affair. I went on the 50% off offer which made the meal affordable.

Dinner at the Mango Tree was excellent - food (as ever) was superb, made better by the meal discount that they are offering. Discount wasn't quite 50%, it was the cheapest meals free, but still worth it. Would recommend, and will be back again (hopefully soon!)

Had a lovely romantic meal at Mango Tree. Really reasonable with the toptable offer. Food was really great, beautiful presentation and wonderful flavours. As we were finishing off, our waiter reminded us that we only had 15mins left. This ruined the mood a little and as it there were plenty of tables empty (and we had bought a rather expensive bottle of wine), seemed some what unnecessary. All in all it was a real treat. Thanks to top table.

We only had a short amount of time as we were off to the theatre, which I metioned to the waiter. The response was perfect. They were very quick and attentive with rushing us. The food was also fantastic - I highly recommend the Lobster Pad Thai. We will be going again!

The Mango Tree was a really nice venue for lunch, with quick service, varied menu (both for meat eaters and vegetarians alike) and good cocktails. Food was a little on the spicy side but apart from that thoroughly enjoyable.
